AI OPERATING PARTNER · DUE DILIGENCE · EMBEDDED DELIVERY · AI TRAINING · BOARD

The AI operating partner for PE-backed and mid-market businesses.

Anyway Ventures is the vehicle of Brannan Coady — founder, exited operator and investor — and a small senior bench. We diligence technology and AI before a deal, plan AI value creation across a portfolio, and go into companies to build it with their teams.

I. FOR PE & INVESTORS

One partner across the deal cycle

The same person who diligences the target writes the AI value-creation plan, then helps the portfolio deliver it. No hand-off between advisers, no drift between thesis and execution.

II. FOR OPERATORS

Engagements direct with operating teams of 50+ people

The same AI practice, bought directly by CEOs and owner-managers who want cost out and capability in, without a transformation programme.

THE AI PRACTICE FOR OPERATORS →
“We know AI matters and don't know where to start.”

A ranked, costed plan your team can act on — written in a week, on site.

“Our cost is headcount doing repetitive work.”

Automation against the three worst hours-to-value processes, live inside two months.

“Nobody here owns AI, and the board keeps asking.”

A fractional Chief AI Officer on your leadership team, two to four days a month, with systems live inside 90 days.

FRACTIONAL CHIEF AI OFFICER →
“We want our people building with AI, not just asking it questions.”

Hands-on AI training, in person: every attendee builds a working tool on their own job, and keeps the skills when we leave.

TRAINING
How to train staff on AI so the work actually changes
Most AI training is a lecture or a prompt session, and on Monday the work looks the same. Here is the programme I would run instead: small cohorts, real tasks, a working build per person and a six-week check.
DELIVERY
How much does an AI consultant cost in the UK?
Day rates, strategy reports, fixed-price builds, retainers and training days, side by side. What each costs, what you actually get, and how to tell whether it will pay back.
OPERATING PARTNER
Fractional chief AI officer: do you need one, and what for?
A guide for CEOs and owners of £10m to £200m businesses: when a fractional CAIO makes sense, how it compares with a fractional CTO, a consultant or a full-time hire, and how to judge one in 90 days.
V. WHO YOU'RE HIRING

Brannan Coady, and a small world-class bench

I co-founded Netsells and ran it as chief executive for thirteen years of product work for Trainline, Coca-Cola, Uber and the BBC, through to a merger with hedgehog lab backed by BGF. I was Chief Product Officer, COO and then CEO of YourParkingSpace, and part of the deal team that sold Flowbird Group to EasyPark. I co-founded Railguard, sold to Trainline, and I invest in and sit on the boards of UK software and consumer businesses.

I lead every engagement personally. When the work needs more hands, I bring in senior engineers, designers and security specialists I've shipped with for years.

Brannan Coady, founder of Anyway Ventures

An honest read, within a week.

The first conversation is free and takes under an hour. If there's an engagement worth having you'll leave knowing its shape and its price — and if there isn't, I'll say so.
